This is where I’m at with training now. I’m currently way more stoked to feel the changes my body is making than how much weight I’m (not) losing.
I mean, a few pounds would be great… but just as a side effect of improved lung capacity and strong muscles.
And if I tell myself this over and over I won’t be so upset that I have yet to keep off any legit amount of weight. Mhmm. Yep.
